Spiritual Coaching
1 hour session – £85
A Spiritual Coaching Session is designed to provide guidance and clear instruction on navigating your personal journey of awakening to the real self.
The initial session will be about getting to know where you are at on your journey so the most appropriate steps can be suggested to support you on your inner path of self discovery. You will learn the common traps which prevent the exploration from progressing; a meditation technique or techniques to cultivate presence and alertness; be given guidance to refine your approach as you become more conscious and aware; support and advice on how to more easily release deeply held stresses as they arise; guidance on how to navigate relationships and every day life situations which disturb or distress you; uncover the blocks in the way of your awakening.
These sessions will be organic and based on what is most needed for you in the moment to expand and stabilise the awakened state of being. It is recommended to have at least 6 sessions on a regular basis to get you started on your path of awakening.
Meditation Tuition
1 hour session – £85
Meditation Tuition provides you with a variety of meditation, mindfulness and breathwork techniques to assist in calming the mind, emotions, and body. You can choose which techniques you learn and repeat each session, or you can let me guide you to the techniques which serve you best in the moment.
As well as learning these techniques you will also be taught what meditation is, what it can do for you and how best to practice them. You will receive ongoing guidance each session to refine your approach enabling your meditation practice to be increasingly more efficient and effective.
Meditation will also begin to release stress from the nervous system, so the ongoing guidance will support you in processing the stress so you can release it as smoothly and gently as possible.
The first session will provide you with one technique to get you started with a meditation practice. You can receive more techniques in future sessions to build a more comprehensive tool kit to establish a more consistent state of peace, joy and wellbeing. 6 sessions on a regular basis provide a good foundation for beginning and sustaining your meditation practice.
Pain Awareness & Management
1 hour session – £85
A pain awareness and management session will educate you about the pain mechanism and teach you the difference between pain and suffering. Understanding the theory behind pain is the foundation for managing pain and becoming more proficient at changing your approach and perception of your body, emotions and lifestyle so you can access a more gentle and peaceful experience.
Pain does not happen in isolation, so you will learn how to uncover all the contributing factors which increase the intensity of pain and the duration of the experience. Once we have highlighted these key areas you will learn new habits to cultivate a different experience of body symptoms and sensations.
Pain is not set in stone, but your perception may be rigid, so it is recommended to have a minimum of 6 regular sessions to assist you in making and sustaining the necessary changes to your ingrained habits and cultivating heathier ones.
Mastering Emotional Wellbeing
1 hour session – £85
A Mastering Emotional Wellbeing session will assist you in processing and releasing emotions as well cultivating a calm emotional state of being. Common emotions which people choose to receive support with are: anxiety & panic attacks; anger/rage; fear; depression; sadness & grief.
You will learn the difference between emotions and feelings, how to reduce stimulus, become more emotionally aware and resilient, plus learn how to meet your needs and simplify your life.
It can take a while to retrain your emotional state and navigate repressed emotion as it releases, so it is recommended to have a minimum of 6 sessions to establish a more stable emotional state.

Originally graduating as a graphic designer, Meera became progressively ill and ended up in a wheelchair unable to walk with long term physical pain. At one point she no longer wished to be alive, however, in a moment of complete surrender, her experience opened up into a deep, profound, and boundless peace which blew her mind.
This transcendent experience led her on a new path of self discovery. Soon after she found the Ishayas, an order of monks who practise Ascension – the teaching of the One. Meera felt at home for the first time in her life, and this was only the beginning.
Since becoming an Ishaya monk in 2012, Meera has taught many people worldwide the Ascension techniques, as well as a variety of other meditation, mindfulness and breathwork techniques. She continues to explore through her own experience of consciousness and shares what she discovers to help others transcend pain and suffering.
She has written 3 books – Peace or Pain, Surrender is good for the Soul, and Peace or Pain Workbook and Journal to accompany her first book. These books are tools to assist those who are ready to go beyond suffering, directly experience peace, and explore consciousness.
