~ Idol

Essential Point:

An Idol of any kind is a False God as made in the Mind that offers Empty promises to complete you. As you Awaken to the Self, you Let Go of Idols as you Know that you are already Whole, and that which is Whole cannot be made more Whole.

Overview:

Only those who Believe they are inherently lacking or Separate or not yet Whole search for and have Idols, as an Idol is a Special thing that has the perceived Special Power to make you complete. Whether this is a Special Relationship, celebrity, a certain Body Image, a certain Mindset, or anything else that you “look up to” in the World, an idol is a False God that offers False promises of Salvation and Wholeness.

Thus, to Seek for something to make you Whole must mean that you currently feel Un-Whole, which must mean you are Identified with the Ego, for the True Self is already Whole, and anyone Identified with this Self would see no need for Idols, and as such, they would cease to Exist as abstractions of Mind.

Behind the search for every Idol is the yearning for completion, and the Self knows that it is already complete. The search for an Idol and what it represents, i.e. the yearning for Wholeness, is not wrong and it is your birthright to obtain it, it is most simply that you are looking in the wrong way to discover this completion. Never will it be found in some Worldly Idol, in some Separate piece of Form of the World, for this will always result in ultimate Disillusionment and frustration – instead what you Seek need not be sought at all, but simply Realized, for you already have it, as you are it. You are already Whole and Complete and you never were not. You are already the Idol that you Seek for in the World. Herein lies the Essence of True Self-Confidence.

Through Awakening you Realize the False promises you Believed in when drooling over the False Gods of this World. By Transcending the limited Mind-made self and Realizing the Limitless of the Mindless Self, you now have no need for Idols – there is nothing in the World that could make you any more complete than you already are. And when you need Nothing, you have no interest in hearing what people have to say that you need in the World to be Happy, Fulfilled, and Complete.

Today the World is full of Idols promising to bring you the Wholeness that you feel that you lack. Do not listen – they are Empty offers from Insane people. The only way to find what you Seek is to stop looking for it. Stop believing that your Peace and Wholeness lies somewhere out there in the World that someone else can offer you that you can’t offer yourself – cut out the noise of the World and just go quiet. The World of Idols will never stop trying to sell itself to you, but that does not mean you have to listen. Unplug. Disconnect. Let the Silence whisper the Truth that you already Know into your ear through the Inner-Voice. And when you’ve cut out the World, you’ll actually be able to hear this Higher Self, perhaps for the first time.

Through Awakening you will see how blind you really were. Once Lost in the World of Idols, now you reside beyond them, knowing that they have no Real Value as they are simply objects of the Mind. In this sense, Liberation from the Mind is the Liberation from the Illusion of Idols. You now Know with undoubtable certainty that you are already Whole and no False God can make you more Whole than what Real God already has made you. As long as you stay asleep and Plugged into the Jet Stream of the Collective Unconsciousness, however, you will always believe in the Power of Idols to make you Happy, Fulfilled, and Complete.
