Overview:
Awareness goes where your attention goes. They move hand in hand. As most humans are still asleep and Identified with Form, the majority of their attention is directed unconsciously to the outward World of experience. The focus of attention is pointed to the World so that the inner experience goes unobserved.
Inner-Body awareness is the Meditative practice of getting in touch with your essential Nature, beyond the Human Mind. As the Human Body is anchored in the here and now, its direct observation brings you into the Present moment through Transcendence of Thought.
Focusing on the Breath is an effective way to access the Inner-Body and to move beyond Sense-Perception so that you can Realize and connect with the Divine Intelligence that is intensely Alive within you and empowering your bodily functions.
Additionally, whenever you become aware of the Inner-Body, you are further separating yourself from the Mental–Emotional Patterns that you observe within you, and in doing so regain the Consciousness that’s been taken from them.
Inner-Body awareness is a portal to access the Vertical Dimension of the here and now so that you can Transcend Time and enter the Present Moment.
