My journey in coaching started from a very young age being raised by two Spiritual Life Coaches I was born into it, literally lol! Growing up finding meaning in life, listening to the wind, and seeing butterflies as passed loved ones sending love made me into the empathic, cry watching a sunset, getting goosebumps when I hear deep truth, person I am today! It also helped me become very good at seeing where people hold themselves back and helping you come back into wholeness within yourself. This is truly my passion.
I am a Relationship Coach because I’ve been there. I struggled with this most of my life, having a subconscious father wound, this made for some serious emotionally unavailable relationships. Going through my Spiritual Awakening 5 years ago I dove into shadow work and self love and truly healed that part of me that kept attracting what I absolutely did not want. I am now in a beautiful harmonious relationship and I’m honored to help others create the same in their life. So happy you are here, and I am so honored to connect and guide you on the path of choosing and feeling deep love.

Linds really does a great job of being a guiding hand through my self love/growth journey. She really has done a great job helping my subconscious come to the front. This has allowed me to push through a lot of my the problems I was struggling with. She has really helped me to shift my day to day life. I will forever be grateful for my journey with her and excited to continue to work with her and build myself up! I am so thankful to have found Lindsay and that I got to opportunity to work so closely with her to finally find my authentic self! I came from a background of Christian religion as a young kid then became very science based as an adult so I was quite skeptical at times when it came to spirituality. But the work her and I did together was nothing short of a miracle! Her incredibly sweet and comforting demeanor she has allows her to plant the seeds we need to release the tensions and traumas that we hold so tightly to, which finally allows us to grow into who we’ve always wanted to be. You have to commit to the process, Linds is there to guide you not do the work for you. But when you cry your whole heart out and feel your emotions that hurt and open up to be truly vulnerable you can finally start to relax and that is what she is there to help you do. I have been on such an incredible spiritual journey since meeting her and I never thought I’d find such a state of mental clarity, relaxation and happiness than I have today. And I will forever credit her for helping lay that groundwork with me so that I could be at this point!
Today I was kind depressed after some not great news..as I was walking around the store I was thinking how I used to live in that feeling and how it had been a really long time since I had felt anything like that. I noticed I wasn’t stuck in it. It was nice to recognize such a night and day change of life since working with Lindsay. Doing things I never would, I thank Lindsay for the gift of another chance at life.
I often share my life stories and struggles here. I’ve shared my suicide attempt story a few times and talked about my therapy. After four years of consistent traditional therapy, I took a leap of faith and started working with Lindsay. I signed up for a three month period of weekly sessions and immediately felt a difference. Lindsay, my coach, has now worked with me for about a year. In that time, I worked through past traumas, relationship conflicts, toxicity in my life, and most importantly self acceptance and love. She’s done more for me in this year than any therapy ever did.
Lindsay is a gift and she has helped me recognize that I am a gift! I have only worked with her for 2 weeks so far and she has helped me realize that this is my time to step into my power. She has given me the tools and has continued to give me tools to face my challenges and wounds head on. She has open ears, wisdom, and such clarity. She has helped me more than she could possibly ever realize. I’m so excited to continue to work with her and I would urge anybody who is on the fence to just take the leap! It is worth it Lindsay is worth it! UPDATE: I found a beautiful relationship with someone who treats me so well I am so thankful to Lindsay for helping me attract this beautiful love!
