Ayah is a Certified Somatic Intimacy Coach, Bodywork Practitioner, Somatic Sex Educator and Supervisor in training, as well as this Ayah has trained in TRE (Trauma Release Exercises and is certified in Trauma Studies. Ayah’s expertise lies in supporting professional men who want to build a solid sense of self, un shame their sexuality, embody pleasure in new ways and learn real intimacy skills to thrive in life, love and relationships.
Ayah has been working with men for the last four years and is passionate about celebrating and empowering men, offering radical acceptance to whatever brings men to this work, including the topics that are so often silenced and hidden. Ayahs worked with a wide array of challenges such as, a lack of sexual experience, relationship challenges, shame, kinks, trauma, ejaculatory choice and porn use to name a few and is committed to creating spaces where men can explore who they are without fear, shame or performance.

Ayah guides men back to their bodies, into the present moment and into connection with themselves, beyond the logical and reasoning mind, into the experience of sensation, attunement and authenticity, from there she believes the foundation is built to step into embodied confidence and agency.

Ayah offers online and in person coaching packages and as well as that she offers 2/3 day long immersions where clients can explore this life changing work in a comfortable venue of their choice with as much time and space as they need to fully benefit from it and discover a whole new world.

Her work is especially suited for men who are open to learn and cultivate real lasting change, and are not looking for quick fixes or performance hacks.

Men who work with Ayah often report a renewed sense of vitality, deeper emotional access, improved relationships, and a felt experience of wholeness.
