I think I was a lizard in my former life. I love lying on hot rocks in the Grand Canyon when they get really hot. Since coming across the topic of ‘grounding’, I understand even more why lizards (and I) love to connect with the earth in this particular way. It’s just one of the best things we can do for our nervous system. 🙂

In 2018, I worked full-time at a large banking institution in Germany and spent most of my time on tasks and projects that made me somehow dissatisfied. I was earning good money, but at the same time I lacked excitement and real joy for my own life. I no longer felt alive.
This realization touched something deep inside me. I was afraid of literally losing myself in insignificance if I wasn’t able to reactivate my inner spark, my passion for life. I was afraid of “dying”.
On short notice, I took a leave of absence from the bank, traveled to the US and retreated to the Grand Canyon with my tent. During this time, I was able to connect with nature and my true self in such a deep way that I knew I couldn’t go back to the way things were before.
Over the next three years, I began working with various mentors and took courses in areas such as nutrition, fasting, mindset work and electromagnetism. I changed jobs three times and worked at a mountain hut in Austria for a summer.
In 2022 I became an Intuitive Spaceholder, Coach and Mentor for Holistic Wellbeing, and in the beginning of 2025 I graduated from a 200h ceremonial breathwork facilitor training.
Since then, I have been on a constant journey to support and empower others to discover and connect with their true self – and live the life their heart and soul is longing for.
