I attended an online Sound Healing session for the first time, and I couldn’t have a better impression. The sounds were super calming and I felt energised at the end. She’s a very calm practitioner and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Very happy for this first experience!

Attended a great group session with a relaxing period of yoga followed by a super Sound Bath with Roshni. I had not experienced one before and didn’t quite know what to expect. It is of course, a hugely personal thing but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The sounds are not all soothing but none of them jarred with me. I found my mind drifting…unsure if I fell asleep. Do try it.

Beautiful, immersive experience. The sounds vibrated through my whole body and the hour flashed by in what felt like a few minutes. Left feeling relaxed and happy. Next time I’ll bring an eye-mask as I think a total black out will be even better.
I had a 1:1 Sound Healing Session online with Roshni. Roshni\’s calming nature helped me feel at ease for our session. She used a variety of instruments including singing bowls and chimes, and I was happy that I was able to hear the sounds clearly through my headphones. It was like she was in the room with me! The sounds and vibrations guided me into a peaceful relaxation and I experienced a deep meditation with colorful visualizations, which were beautiful. I felt rejuvenated and grounded after the session was over.
