My EFT and Matrix Reimprinting sessions offer a nurturing, grounded space to gently release emotional blocks, shift limiting beliefs and bring healing to past experiences held in the body. We work with the subconscious mind and nervous system to restore calm, clarity and inner balance. These sessions are a catalyst for emotional freedom, self-trust and a deeper connection to your strength and truth.

Mindfulness Coaching (1:1)
My mindfulness coaching offers a compassionate space to slow down, tune in and gently reconnect with yourself. Through practices like self-compassion, meditation, breathwork and embodied awareness, I support you in navigating life with more presence and emotional resilience. Together, we build sustainable rituals that ground your nervous system and empower you to move through life with greater clarity, ease, and self-trust.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical about energy work and wasn’t sure it could help me, but I am so glad I decided to give it a go with Libby. I had tried so many other approaches to manage my struggles, but nothing seemed to work. Feeling like I had nothing to lose, I reached out to Libby. Her calm and nurturing approach immediately put me at ease, and as we worked together, I started to feel different within myself. What once felt like heavy blocks in my life began to dissolve, and I finally felt a sense of peace that I hadn’t experienced in years. Libby’s energy work has truly been life changing, and I’m so grateful I took that leap of faith.
After a hectic and non stop week, I decided to attended the slow Sundays talk by Libby. Like many of us, she’s a mum. So from that perspective, she understands the grind and the inevitable feeling we all have of not having enough time to truely prioritise our own well being. Libby has inspirational content online to help us figure out how to unload and to be your own best friend and heighten your vibration, which I learnt from Libby, attracts more positivity. We ended the session with a meditation which wasn’t long, but effective enough for me to realise I was holding tension in my neck (even though I thought I was relaxed- I physically felt my neck loosen up) and I left the event feeling inspired.
Libby, I am so grateful to have met you! I knew very little about EFT tapping before our sessions and didn’t know what to expect. You explained everything so clearly before the session and made me feel very comfortable to explore this therapy. I would usually be self conscious to say whatever came into my mind, but you made me feel that I could say anything without judgement. I really enjoyed the sessions and was surprised at what came up for me. After the sessions, I felt so calm and peaceful. My mind was at ease and it felt wonderful to know that I had changed some of my beliefs for the better. I would highly recommend working with Libby, because she is so warm and makes you feel at ease in the sessions. You just have to let yourself go and Libby guides you through the rest. I feel that there has been a positive change in myself since the sessions, and I would like to think it’s from the work that we did. I would recommend to anyone that feels like there is something holding them back in life, to try EFT tapping with Libby. It’s amazing what’s uncovered!
