Hypnotherapy Sessions
Hypnotherapy is a lot like meditation in fact Hypnotherapy and meditation are both a guided journey most people don’t realize this but you are the one placing yourself into hypnosis I just guide you. Just like meditation you do it all by yourself.
Hypnotherapy is like a massage for your body and your brain you’ll feel relaxed and calm and when you come out of a session you’ll feel lighter and at ease even after doing the work.
Just like going for a massage you will come in and lay down on a beautiful table in a very relaxing room. Then you will close your eyes and get comfortable while being guided into hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy is a process of being guided into a trance like state called hypnosis where we go into the subconscious mind and there we will quiet the monkey chatter known as the conscious mind and become totally relaxed and very open to suggestions of your highest good. This is also the place where we do all our healing the main centre of it all.
The subconscious mind is where 95% of our information is stored so we can access and find those exact moments where the root cause of most things are, here I guide you through your own healing, releasing and moving through whatever your intended outcome is.
Hypnotherapy is as easy to do, you just must be open and willing.
Hypnotherapy is also like a muscle the more times your in it the easier it gets to build.
Maybe, You don’t know how to meditate that’s ok too its not a prerequisite and after you go into hypnosis you will be more open and easier to receive meditation.
I quote dinking, left a toxic marriage and healed my anxiety.
After that i became a hypnotherapist to also help other heal and to continue the work myself I have learned other modalities along the way. I also am certified in breath work and akashic records and I have practice with two shamans the last 2 years.
I have learned many tools and created self awareness in my body and practice. I love helping other heal and understand why the mind and brain does what it does.
Hypnosis is so effective to reprogram old beliefs and heal traumas and old stories,
I am so excited to share on this platform and reach more souls who wanna heal and live a more fulfilled life.

I highly recommend trying hypnotherapy! Tara is truly exceptional at her craft and creates a comfortable atmosphere. I had always been curious about it but felt a bit anxious and uncertain. I’m so glad I took the plunge. I wanted to explore what life would be like without alcohol, and hypnotherapy provided the extra support I needed. Now, I no longer feel the urge to pour a drink! The experience was deeper and more emotional than I anticipated, requiring a level of vulnerability, but Tara is such a professional that it made the process easier. Just trust the journey! Thanks again!!
I recently had my first hypnosis session with Tara, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went in hoping to address negative thoughts and overthinking. Tara was fantastic—she made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process. Initially, I thought it hadn’t worked because I was fully aware during the hypnosis, but a few days later, I noticed a significant improvement in my mindset. Even weeks later, I’m still benefiting from the session. Highly recommend Tara’s services for anyone looking to make positive changes in their life!
Thanks,
Alexandra
Working with Tara has been an incredible experience. She’s not only skilled but also genuinely fun to be around, creating a safe, supportive space. I’ve found more success with her hypnotherapy than I ever did with conventional therapy including EMDR.
We’ve addressed a decade-long struggle with exam and school anxiety, and after just one session, I’ve felt so little anxiety when sitting down to do my studies— it was completely strange and beyond what I could have ever imagined after just one session. We also tackled my deep-seated phobia of needles. This fear was so intense that, as a child, I once ran away from a school vaccination by jumping a fence, and my mom had to search the town to find me, once found, I begged, cried and pleaded to not bring me to the clinic to get a vaccine. But with Tara’s guidance, we explored the roots of that fear, even revisiting moments as far back as my time in the womb, which was a mind-blowing experience.
When it was time for blood work, I sat calmly in the waiting room, where I would normally be struggling to stuff down the tears from fear. Although I still felt emotional when the needle was close, I wasn’t gripped by the usual overwhelming anxiety. For the first time, I don’t dread the thought of getting blood work done, I can actually see a needle without wanting to vomit. I know it won’t be entirely easy, but it’s no longer something that weighs heavily on me.
Thank you, Tara, for helping me move forward!
