Hi everyone, I’m Stephanie Greco, an Awakenpedia partner, trauma-informed spiritual guide, and someone who knows firsthand what it means to rise from the ashes.

Before my awakening, I spent 25 years as a behavior analyst working with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. I loved that work. But after a profound and soul-shaking awakening in 2020, my entire path shifted. I transformed my career—and my entire life—to follow the calling of my higher self.

⚡ My Spiritual Awakening: A Glimpse Into My Story
I’ve had many awakenings throughout my life, but 2020 was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. It was a full-body, soul-rattling quake. I literally felt the earth shake beneath me. Vibrations surged through everything around me, like the world itself was trying to deliver a message I couldn’t ignore.

But let me back up.

I don’t remember most of my childhood. Just strange fragments—standing in a hallway, red curtains in a bedroom, clinging to my mother’s leg at family gatherings. But no full memories. No holidays. No friends. No sisters.

My first full memory came when I was 14. I was doing homework, and my mom burst into the room in a panic, saying she needed to go get “Ben.” I had no idea who that was. When she brought him home, I greeted him like a stranger. He looked at me with disgust and said, “Yeah, I know. I’m your cousin, dumbass.” The room spun. My stomach dropped. I had no idea who this person was—and yet, apparently, we shared a history I couldn’t recall.

Fast forward to August 2020. I had what most would call a “good life”—a loving husband, a beautiful home, and a career I enjoyed. Then, while sitting in our backyard tiki bar after work, a memory hit me like a lightning bolt. I was standing in that same hallway from childhood, but this time… the rest of the memory came with it. One scene led to another. Then another. They began pouring in, like an old movie on fast-forward. My life was flashing before my eyes.

It felt like the universe shook me like a snow globe. Rage. Sadness. Grief. Horror. It consumed me. I screamed like my soul was being ripped from my body. I couldn’t eat. Couldn’t sleep. Couldn’t function. I was drowning in pain—and I wanted revenge. I wanted those who hurt me to feel what I was feeling. My nervous system collapsed under the weight of decades of buried trauma.

And then… I heard my husband sobbing on the phone. He was terrified. Helpless. That moment shattered me in a different way.

I realized we were soul-connected. My pain was becoming his. And in that moment, I had a choice.

I saw two paths:
💔 One of revenge, destruction, and death.
💖 One of compassion, healing, and rebirth.

And I chose healing.

Despite all my professional training, I had never actually used the emotional regulation strategies I taught others. So I began applying them—to myself. I discovered Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and it was like a lifeline from the universe.

From that moment on, my healing accelerated. I became obsessed—in the best way—with understanding trauma, energy, spirituality, and the soul’s journey. I remembered my purpose. I embraced it.

And now… I help others do the same.
