I met Jasmine in my second trimester and did private prenatal yoga classes with her until the last day before delivering my baby. I continue to do postnatal sessions now. Jasmine has a gentle yet persistent way of coaching. She constantly asks about pains/aches/energy levels and customises sessions accordingly. Yoga classes with her really helped me in staying active and moving throughout my pregnancy and are helping me now in restoring and restrengthening my body post delivery.
Jasmine was my yoga teacher during my pregnancy and postpartum and it had been a great experience training with her. She is graceful, professional and very knowledgeable. I am sure I had a smoother labor thanks to her, and I still practice with her once a week a year after birthing my baby. Jasmine was my yoga instructor during my pre- and post- natal days. For my pre-natal days, she taught me and my friend breathing techniques and exercises that will help us in our labour process.
