Afua Tiah

I’ve been an intuitive healer for 19 years, specializing in Energy Alignment for the last 11 years. In that time, I’ve been blessed to support hundreds of women and men align with their hearts intention’s – whether it be physical, emotional, relationship, or life purpose related.

I grew up in a pretty wholesome small town setting with a loving family in Saskatchewan, Canada. During my last year of high school, I moved to my mother’s homeland of Ghana, West Africa. That move in itself presented many lessons about how differently another culture can relate to life.

A couple years later, I had an introduction to energy healing and ideas around conscious creation that really resonated with me. At the age of 20, I experienced a brutal and traumatic attack that put my whole world in a spin. Following that I experienced many dark times, including PTSD symptoms, financial struggles as well as a 7 year spiritually manipulative relationship. Thankfully, due to my previous introduction to the ideas that, “our body’s natural tendency is toward healing” and “I am creating my own reality”, I knew I could heal myself and eventually feel whole again.

I dug very deep into a multitude of natural healing practices.

A major shift came when I finally broke up with my partner. I moved back to Canada with his 7 year old daughter. As soon as I stepped out on my own, even though I had no money, and little possessions, I was supported by my family and the universe. I focused on my inner practices, and everything I needed appeared step by step – a place to live, a vehicle, a conscious workplace, and a community of fellow healers.

I realized that I had always been a very sensitive person. I thought all people tuned in the way I did, but that wasn’t the case. I could see how I grew up quite shy because I could feel what people really meant, regardless of what they projected to the outside. I was often overwhelmed by these empathic tendencies. Being able to feel and sense without taking on other peoples energies became an ongoing lesson.

A couple years later, I met the man of my dreams – a supportive and spiritually aware being. Together, we raise our 4 daughters on an acreage. Life is good.

After all I have experienced, both the down times and the good, I know that anyone can create the life they deserve. I’ve seen this shift over and over again with my clients too. I love working with individuals ready to take the helm of their life and create fulfillment from the inside out. Whether it’s physical, emotional, spiritual, relationship health, livelihood, or a shift within all of it, I am honored to be a guide.
