I’m so glad that you’ve found your way here. My name is Eileen, I’m a Center for Applied Neuroscience certified life coach, an energy healer, a midwife, and a slow-living witch.

My calling in life has always been to empower compassionate and courageous women and female-identifying folks to find more meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives. Through my unique blend of intuitive coaching, wild medicine energy healing, ritual, and ceremony, I help guide you home to yourself and into relationship with the cyclical energies of your body and the earth so that you can rest without the guilt, remember how to trust your intuition, and create a life that you are excited to wake up to each and every day.
So why am I qualified to help in this way? Because I’ve walked this path myself.
For years I was stuck in a relationship that had me feeling trapped and lonely, in a career that left me totally exhausted and burnt out, and I was living in a mindset of scarcity and fear that left me depleted and stressed. Does this resonate?
I had a sense, deep within my bones, that there was more to life than I was experiencing, but I was scared to make a change. The “what ifs” loomed large in my mind. What if this relationship is as good as it gets? What if I can’t find a job that I actually enjoy? What if I never have enough money to retire, travel, enjoy life? What if, what if, what if?
Eventually, the pain of staying stuck overcame the fear of the unknown and I made a choice.
A choice to leave that relationship, stepping out of hopelessness and into a joy I had forgotten could exist within me.
A choice to exit the career that was draining my energy and step into a space that nourishes my soul and lights me up inside.
A choice to say,
“What if the best is yet to come and is mine to create?!”
And here I am… creating it daily and guiding others to create their own version of a magical life too.

When I was first invited to a Wheel of the Year ceremony, I thought it was another event to make time for in my calendar – another thing I had to do. After participating in a ceremony, I realized I had not been invited to an event, I had been invited into a way of being. Eileen creates a space that momentarily suspends the relentless demands of our culture to invite in the subtle forces that bring healing, rejuvenation, and joy. I no longer feel that I have to make time for these invitations because they allow me to create it.
The healing was incredible and your beautiful message… I had chills. I just felt so much peace, I felt so connected to myself in such a deep way that I don’t ever remember having. It was truly like a homecoming. And so much has opened up since then. Things have come alive and opened up within me, so yeah, I just wanted to tell you how beautiful, how grateful, how thankful I am and what a beautiful gift you are to me and to the world.
Before I started working with Eileen, I was stuck in a spot with a significant amount of psychological damage from a bad breakup. My friends and family have been telling me that during that relationship, I started apologizing for myself alot and \”shrinking\” myself down.
I don\’t even know exactly how I found Eileen, but it must have been cosmic intervention because I needed her. We had a phone consultation and she was able to connect with me in such a way I felt familiar and safe. I had previously tried a few therapists as I was running into my 6th month of crying every single day over this breakup and unable to figure out how to recalibrate.
Anyway, I found conventional therapists didn\’t read me correctly, the advice felt elementary and I just wasn\’t on a resonant consciousness level, therefore nothing changed except my pocket book. I was hesitant to try working with another new person, I had been spending alot of money on massages and therapy and that was another stress I had going on at the time. After our phone call, however, I knew I wanted to try working with her.
The initial reading honestly blew my mind. Eileen has a very appealing balance of life experience, intuitive woo and neuroscience. I felt like she could understand me and everything that came up was explored within the safest container.
In the month we worked together, I was able to experience a huuuge shift in the grief around my ex. I reconnected with myself in a big way and also finally admitted to myself that I\’m a social being and started to take action to change some of my lifestyle arrangements which keep me locked in patterns I no longer want. I feel like I found a part of my femininity that was deeply lost, my dream state has started kicking up and the biggest life changing aspect which allows it all to happen is the \”non-judgement\”. I know I was not being judged by Eileen, and she helped me to identify my own self judgement. From there, things really started to unravel and come to light. The tools that came up and the support I received are all so precious and continue to work in my life.
I am not living in the same reality I was before and I am so grateful.
Having Eileen in my corner as I navigated one of the most challenging seasons of my life was truly transformative. I feel empowered, grounded, and revitalized. One of the most magical moments of this experience was when Eileen guided me through an incredibly powerful visualization that allowed me to reconnect with a part of myself I had long buried. That moment was a turning point, helping me release old emotional wounds and embrace a new path of self-love.
