My personal development and empowerment journey began back in 2018 when doctors advised me to stay home for a short while to fix my unknown lower body issue, which turned into almost half a decade. Along with this came a truckload of emotional challenges and problems, which I couldn’t find a solution that would work wonders for me. And then comes the awakening or the empowering phase, when I decided to take charge of my mental and emotional issues by completing my NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner training. Since then, I’ve added other modalities to my repertoire, such as mindfulness, meditation, positive psychology, and more. As a result of all this, I awakened to the fact that the universe placed all this in my way so I can guide others to walk this path of mental and emotional issues. And now, I’m a STRESSLESS coach who has worked with clients from multiple walks of life, mainly career professionals and leaders, and I’m an author of 7 books, one anthology, all in 15 months and many more to come.
