In 2003, I had an unexpected surge of energy explode through my spine and up into my head that altered the course of my life forever. I experienced unusual physical symptoms, radical shifts in consciousness, difficulties with energy and operating in the world around me, years of darkness, and doubted if I would ever return to a normal way of life. It was only in the darkness I was given the opportunity to do things differently. I finally surrendered to working with the expansiveness I was feeling and became committed to being a student in the classroom.

Hindsight is always 20/20. During my awakening, I struggled to see it clearly. Years later, I noticed and documented the various stages I went through, each one preparing me for the next. Now I see it as a guide of sorts, that is not only for me, but is valuable for others that will inevitably walk a unique path of transformation.

I currently host the weekly LIVE LIKE EDEN podcast and blog. Each week, I discuss a variety of topics surrounding awakening, including how to incorporate this into practical life. Spirituality is great on paper, but living it is another story! As a wife and mother of four children, I know how ridiculous life can get. I invite you to tune in and gain your own insights about your own shifts in awareness. I am dedicated to helping others through the difficulties of spiritual awakening and transformation.
