Deep Transformation 6-month Mentorship This is a relationship, more than mentoring, coaching or therapy. It is a combination of your innate wisdom, and mine. We walk together and I act as your guide, the whisper within, for you to dismantle the separateness and disunity that perpetuates the stories preventing you from being fully, truly and magnificently in the brilliance of you, where you embrace your uniqueness and embody Oneness. My pathway to recognising wholeness began when my children were small and I wanted to be able to protect them from the harshness of allopathic medicine, so I began searching for alternatives to soothe their skin and find answers beyond what I had grown up with. They needed more softness and understanding, to have their voices heard, and permission to embrace their sensitivity, fierceness and inner light.
As a family we migrated to Melbourne, Australia in 2001 for my husband’s work, and the inner promptings I had been having over the previous few years eventually directed me to start a significant course of study, inner exploration and personal transformation.
My intention was to support my family, as well as nourishing my interest in alternative or complementary therapy, however this evolved into a business when I recognised the potency of the exchange between practitioner and client.
I am a natural nurturer so when my daughters came to the age where they were fleeing the nest, the ability to continue to offer care, kindness and love to my clients was immensely wonderful.
I build relationships with my clients founded on mutual respect and appreciation. They trust me and I trust them to do the inner work, to consciously create the outcome they desire.
I combine my skills as a kinesiology practitioner, medical intuitive and energy therapist to now see that the work I do is as a leader, a way-shower, visionary and alchemist.
I am the founder of Evolution through Revolution, a movement rather than a business.
I am the creator of the app Self-Love Revolutionary available for iPhone and Android.
I now live in Somerset in the lush countryside of the UK, not far from Glastonbury. I spend around 2 months per year in Melbourne, Australia.
I have been married for 40 years to a wonderful, gentle man. My daughters are fabulously kind human beings. I have a soft and sometimes naughty 2 year old chocolate Cocker Spaniel called Pippin.

My dear Rachel – How do I even begin to thank you for what you have done for me.
A few months ago I was at rock bottom working through a toxic relationship that left me emotionally exhausted, crushed and broken. I was so heartbroken and deflated that I couldn’t lift myself up from my darkness. Over the years I lost my self confidence, I lost my voice, I doubted myself in everything I did, I lost Me. I lived with a lot of regret for not being strong enough to navigate a different life. That’s when I called on you Rachel.
You held my hand, you dried my tears, and very gently and lovingly you put my broken self back together, piece by piece. You virtually gave me life again. I feel so much love and gratitude for you Rachel, that to say a mere “Thank you” is totally inadequate.
Today I have my confidence back. I can see my life for what it had been, and with love and understanding I can move forward. I feel that with you walking beside me, that if I should stumble and trip along the way, I know your loving guidance and wisdom will be my strength to pull myself back up again. For with you by my side, I feel like an Eagle ready to take flight once more. So thank you my dear Rachel, for I have so much love, gratitude and respect for what you do, for you have given me the strength to find myself again.

I have been working with Rachel over the past few years and I have had total transformational experiences both with my daughter and myself.
