If you are looking to make some lifestyle and/or behavioral changes with your diet, for whatever reason, then I would love to help. As someone with a lifelong experiential and educational history with food, I thoroughly understand the dynamics of what the right foods can do for one’s body and whole state of mind.
There are many reasons that you may be considering changing your diet, but here are just a few:

- Deficient in specific vitamins, minerals or nutrients
- Constant abdominal discomfort or pain

If you are someone who has been working hard to create long term sustainable nutritional lifestyle changes and just haven’t been able to make it work, for one reason or another, I’d love to chat. My area of expertise is assisting those who have tried pretty much everything but still can’t seem to make the desired lifestyle and/or behavioral changes. As someone with a lifelong experiential and educational history with food, I thoroughly understand the dynamics of what the right foods can do for one’s body and whole state of mind.
There are plenty of reasons why people want to create sustainable lifestyle changes, and every one is unique to each of us. We are all bio individual and have unique hurdles and challenges to us.
Just a few of the issues that clients come to me about include:

My job as a nutrition and lifestyle change coach is to help facilitate your journey to create the results that you want. I assist by being a good sounding board to help you dig deeper into your own intrinsic motivation to come up with the best solutions for your unique situation. By doing that, I put the power to create the life you want directly back into your own hands.
Weekly health & wellness coaching sessions to help facilitate the lifestyle changes you want to make in order to live your highest and best life. These coaching sessions can vary widely, depending upon your specific needs, lifestyle, past history, future goals, etc.

I worked in the food service industry for more than 20 years. I’ve worked in restaurants, as a nutritional consultant, catering, a five-star hotel and owned the first gluten free bakery in my area. My husband is a Chef with a degree from Louisiana Culinary Institute. We frequently work together with clients to combine our two skills in hopes of helping our clients more efficiently and effectively incorporate long lasting life changes for overall health.
I typically have clients come to me after they have tried most, or all of the Allopathic avenues presented to them, with little to no avail. Working with a client’s current medical team to best serve them is my preference. Between my areas of expertise, and that of their existing team, the hope is to work together to give the client back their power to live their highest and best life, despite whatever their medical diagnosis may be.
