I spent the first 38 years of my life trying to heal from the invisible wounds of adoption—seeking belonging, love, and identity in all the places the world told me to look… outside myself.

I’ve always been a seeker. My awakening didn’t come in one lightning moment—it came in layers: through loss, motherhood, the mask of achievement, and the quiet remembering that there was more. Energy healing helped me peel back those layers. ThetaHealing cracked open my inner knowing. Silent Counseling taught me to listen to the body’s truth. The Gene Keys gave language to my gifts—and the shadows that had hidden them.
Today, I guide other healers, seekers, and practitioners to reclaim their inner wisdom, heal generational and emotional patterns, and live from the inside out. When I met Tammy, I was instantly drawn to her, and I trust my intuition. My theta healing session with Tammy was very healing. I had the absolute pleasure of spending 5 days deep in the jungle of Tulum at Tammy’s Rise Up Retreat VIP Experience.
