The Awakening Book Club
The Awakening Book Club is led by Awakenpedia Partner Daniel Torode. Join us Tuesdays from 8pm-930/10pm EST, where we will be reading from and discussing books that are focused around spiritual growth and awareness.
We will be starting with The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle then choosing from a list of suggested titles after that. The first 45 minutes is to discuss what was read the previous week and how it applies to your Being and the second 45-60 minutes will be for reading, which will be the topic of discussion for the next week. Or we can read a set amount during our time away from the group each week and use the Book Club to entirely discuss what we read.
This is a recurring weekly gathering, for which all are welcome. If possible, please have a physical copy or digital version of the current text in study.

- have survived sexual trauma that then may cause triggered self-harming, and sexual issues.
- wish to cleanse the blocked, residual energy of intimate partners. This energy may be setting the pattern for future partners as your energy attracts more of the same.
- have given or experienced difficult births, the tragic loss of a child, parent or family member.
- are blocked from happiness by repeating patterns from your family. Perhaps your mother was bullied, or you unconsciously chose a bully as a partner.
- are suffering womb-related health issues or menstruation/menopause fertility imbalances.
- are self-harming and have low self-esteem.
- repeat energetic patterns and behavioural patterns – root causes of addiction
Please bring pen and paper to journal and make sure you are in a private space so you can relax and allow healing to take place.

We will gather to commune with one another in full presence. In the first 15 minutes, Amber will open the circle with grounding and introduce a topic that’s related to mental wellness and spirituality. We’ll spend the rest of our time chatting together with invitation for everyone to both speak + listen. Topics will intentionally provoke sharing that’s deeper than surface level and you’ll have inspo-questions to guide discussion.
